Additional Thinc Design Projects
Empire State Building Observatory NY, NY (2018-2019)
Thinc’s award-winning redesign of the Empire State Building’s Observatory has been rated the World’s #1 Attraction in 2024, and the #1 Visitor Attraction in the US in both 2022 and 2023, according to TripAdvisor’s Travelers' Choice Awards.
I oversaw the selection of historical artifacts and ephemera for display, and managed the interpretive copywriting across all exhibits, including the translation of exhibit text into nine languages.
Frost Museum of Science Miami, FL (2018)
The Power of Science is an interactive journey through the processes of scientific research, perseverance, and discovery.
As Thinc’s lead Content Developer from Concept through Detailed Design, I developed the interpretive plan, conducted in-depth research—including interviews with scientists leading cutting-edge efforts at the University of Miami—and was part of the core team developing interactive and media installations.
Independence Palace Saigon, Vietnam (2019)
Once the residence and office of the President of the Republic of Vietnam, Independence Palace is now one of Vietnam’s top tourist attractions.
In 2019, Thinc proposed a bold new approach to sharing the history behind this culturally and politically significant site. I developed a fresh Interpretive Plan in coordination with proposals for improved visitor flow and immersive visitor experiences.
